here is a short explanation of the tool:
for every java file you should see a "Javadoc Editor" entry in the context menu of this node in the projectviews tree. additionally a new tab "jDoc" is created in the browser (you can see source, history, doc and jDoc tabs).
in jbuilders structure view on the left you can select which method, field etc you will add a comment to. selecting one entry of the tree will show a editor on the right which allows to enter your comments. (there is a big textarea for the main comments, a table for parameter lists, etc)
to commit the changes to the source file you have to enter the "Ok" button on the lower left of the structure view.
the "def. comments" button creates simple default comments. try it and you will see what i mean.
