Would like to se some info on how to create my own Interrupt Service Routine and eventhandler for example the comm-ports.
Using the TTimer to poll the ports is a real performance hit.
For example, if i use dedicated hardware that puts out a pulsetrain every 0,3ms the TTimer or windows timing cababilities won't do at all to capture this pulsetrain (or even some of it).
