This self-contained directory class incorporates a deque container, which it fills automatically when you pass the constructor a [required] path with wildcards, and [optional] attribute mask. Recursively scans subdirs. Supports wildcards and long pathnames. update() function refreshes listings. Includes ISO-compliant input iterators derived from std::iterator. Writes fully qualified filepaths to ostream. Idiot-proofed. Uses Borland-specific and .

Intended for use with small console-app utilities and student experimentation in 'pure' C++. Does not require OWL or VCL. Illustrates setup of iterators compatible with , and
