Description
I recently ran into a problem, where my main program needed to run a second program and then exit. My main program also needed to be able to run more then one copy of itself at once, so my job was to insure that only one copy was running at the time the second program was going to be run, but otherwise allow more then one copy to run.

Using the Mutex trick of finding if more then one, at the start of the program, we can use two of them to find at any point in the program.
