The AnsiString constructor __fastcall AnsiString(const char* src, unsigned char len) works incorrectly if length of the "scr" string is less "len".

Description
The AnsiString constructor __fastcall AnsiString(const char* src, unsigned char len) works incorrectly if length of the "scr" string is less "len". Length of new AnsiString is always equal to "len".
