This update addresses the following problem in Borland JBuilder version 5 Enterprise:

By default JBuilder 5 does not deploy third party libraries to your web app's context. JBuilder instead puts them on the classpath to the Tomcat server. This is bad behavior on JBuilder's part and will be fixed in the next version of JBuilder. This OpenTool (based on the "nostruts" tool) removes the BAS libraries from the Tomcat server classpath. Note that, if you install this tool, you will have to mark these jar files to be deployed with your app (Web app Properties | Dependencies tab).
